1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges🛍️

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All tags, manuals, accessories, and boxes are returned with the item.

A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

Items sold on clearance, sale, or promotional discounts, unless defective.

3. Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive:

A defective, damaged, or incorrect product — don’t worry!
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will:

Verify your complaint with photos/videos of the product.

Offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange 🚚

Contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form.

Share your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

5. Refund Process💳

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or store credit if applicable).

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchange Option 🔁

If you wish to exchange your product for another:

Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

If the new product has a price difference, you may need to pay or receive the balance accordingly.

7. Shipping Costs 📦 

If the return/exchange is due to Raaz Corner’s mistake (defective/wrong product), we will bear all shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, size, or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
