Return & Exchange Policy

At Raaz Corner, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We want you to shop with confidence — knowing that every product you buy is backed by our easy and transparent Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges🛍️

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, accessories, and boxes are returned with the item.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • Items sold on clearance, sale, or promotional discounts, unless defective.

3. Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A defective, damaged, or incorrect product — don’t worry!
    Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    We will:

  • Verify your complaint with photos/videos of the product.

  • Offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange 🚚

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form.

  2. Share your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

5. Refund Process💳

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or store credit if applicable).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchange Option 🔁

If you wish to exchange your product for another:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

  • If the new product has a price difference, you may need to pay or receive the balance accordingly.

7. Shipping Costs 📦 

  • If the return/exchange is due to Raaz Corner’s mistake (defective/wrong product), we will bear all shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, size, or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
